• Full engineering study with designing and drawing, including the execution of basic engineering design and of detailed engineering;

• Engineering of welded metal structures: optimization of the chamfering of the connecting bevelled edges;
• Development and qualification of welding procedures; selection of welding materials; mechanical testing and material characterization of welded joints; drafting and issuance of welding specifications; theoretical and practical training of welders, as well as of machine operators and engineers to perform welding inspections; qualification of welders and technicians; study and development of new technologies and materials, as well as of equipment and welding techniques to be applied to the production cycle already in place; metallurgical analysis of the causes of faults detected in welded joints or base materials, due to operative and metallurgical issues.
• Study and execution of mechanical tests for materials characterization; procedure qualification tests and records; product verification and validation procedures.
• Welding procedures and welders certification, including issuance of qualifications by a professional Welding Engineer or a third-party body, in accordance with the ASME IX - EN 15614 - EN 287 - AWS D1.1 - EEMUA 158 - API 1104 E/O specifications and contractual rules; staff training for non-destructive testing, such as RT-UT-MT-PT-VT.
• Preparation and issuance of non-destructive testing procedures for the following methods: RT-UT-MT-PT-VT, on the basis of international standards and/or projects’ specifications.
• Inspection and testing of pressure vessels and equipment, both hydraulic and pneumatic.
• P.E.D certification with support by third-party body, including risk category analysis and determination; issuance of risk analysis and determination of the essential safety requirements related to the designing phase; approval and issuance of certification according to the standards and regulations applicable to the customer.
• Expediting services, order management and verification of orders' progress and supplies' status.

Structural surveys and dimensional checks, with the use of calibrated and high precision topographic instrumentation.
